Jennifer is President of Astera with 25 years of experience designing infrastructure for multiple existing businesses and start-ups. Specializing in Real Estate, Finance, and Construction, Jennifer draws on those experiences to create unique solutions to scale organizations, increase profit margins, and garner positive employee relations. By focusing on growth and efficiency, Jennifer has been able to combine the Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Psychology she earned at MSSU and her graduate work at the University of Kansas to give a unique perspective across business industries. Over the years, Jennifer’s strengths have garnered recognition with multiple Fortune 500 companies for process improvement and expanding income generation. Jennifer has established a reputation for driving favorable performance across a variety of organizations, pushing them to new levels of success. Jennifer has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She is passionate about education and loves spending time volunteering with children and adults with differing abilities, including volunteering with the Special Olympics.
