Bob White

Chief Operations Officer

Robert White started in the Resistance Welding and Special Equipment industry in 1984. In 1989, he became a member of the RWMA and was the youngest board member ever. Mr. White was jointly responsible for writing the RWMA Manual and was the Chair of the Machinery division. In the early 1990s, Mr. White designed and developed the first MFDC inverter welders for the Aerospace Industry. In the mid-1990s, he was asked to Chair the Aerospace Welding Specification Manual Project and to write all specifications on Aerospace welding. During Mr. White’s time in the Welding and Machine building business, he was well-known for his unique abilities as a designer of fully automated welding lines and robotic systems. Mr. White’s customers have included Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Schneider, Tesla, and Ford. While in the welding industry, Mr. White l was the President and corporate leader of Janda Company, Janda of Egypt, and Janda Automation. Additionally, he was a partner in Tenacity Works as well as Tenacity Works Mexico. Mr. White has joined Astera Corporation, focused on green building materials, including Cement alternatives, and has been instrumental as an engineer in the efforts being made by Astera tied to the Solar industry. Mr. White’s background is in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering and is the owner of 9 patents. He resides in the Riverside area, has been married for 37 years, is father to 4 daughters, and has 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson.
